Looking to draw a crowd to your next event? Wolf Creek Carvings offers a few different options when it comes to chainsaw carving demonstrations to meet all venue sizes. We have 15 years experience performing at public events from large fairs to business promotions.
We supply everything needed to provide your event with a professional attraction. Our setups are designed to catch attention. Our shows are geared to all ages and our team members are dedicated to provide your patrons with a great experience. Most of the packages we have result in little or no cost to our clients. Our goal isn’t to simply fill our booking spots but to gain satisfied repeat clients and we work closely with you to accomplish that. Take a look at what we have to offer with each package.
How are these packages little or no cost to you?
A great question that we are proud to answer! Each of our packages do require an appearance fee to cover our expenses and provide your event with entertainment. To help the events that book us offset the cost we donate carvings from our finished stock. The package chosen determines the value of carvings we donate. These carvings are for your event to keep, auction or raffle off. Some of our clients have even made back more than our appearance fee. And that’s exactly what we like to hear! Clients who get great entertainment while boosting their attendance for little or no cost are repeat clients! We are happy to tailor the donations to what would work best for you and discuss what has worked best for our clients. Below are our various packages we have to offer. Demonstration Show
This is our Basic Chainsaw Carving Demonstration Package. Suited to events that want an attraction throughout the day. Several pieces are completed from start to finish with breaks in between. A usual days performance results in 5-6 carvings completed. We provide a two-person team ( 1 carver and 1 assistant ). Liability Insurance, Carving logs, stanchion posts with caution chain, Approved fire rated 10 x 10 demonstration tent, eye catching feather banners and of course carving equipment. Power is not required for this package. A 20 x 20 outdoor space is required for the setup. When added to our Entertainment or Elite package one large carving is worked on between shows, keeping spectators around to see the final result.
Entertainment Show
Chainsaw Carving Demonstrations are more popular than ever at events. With the growing interest we wanted to offer our clients more. Our one of a kind Entertainment show package is designed for all age groups. Shows are performed 3 times per day, each show is 45 minutes long. During the show our carver will complete 3 carvings in 30 minutes timed to a well designed sound track that’s sure to get the crowd into it. We wrap up the show giving away the 3 carvings by a free draw. Attending crowds will want to stick around and catch the show again! Provided by us is a three person team ( 1 carver, 1 equipment / sound manager and 1 crowd assistant ). Liability Insurance, Carving logs, stanchion posts with caution chain, Approved fire rated 10 x 10 demonstration tent, eye catching feather banners, Sound equipment ( licensing with socan and resound available if your event has not already obtained this ) and of course our carving equipment. Power is required for this package or we can supply portable power. A 20 x 20 outdoor space is required for the setup. Bleachers should be supplied by the event. A sample of our show is available upon request. Available as a stand alone package or combined with our basic carving demonstrations package to entertain your patrons throughout the day in between shows.
Entertainment Large Show
Suited to large crowds or events that want to give their patrons the full chainsaw carving experience. Our one of a kind Entertainment show package, not only performed live but also projected on a large outdoor screen so everyone gets a close up view of the action. Shows are performed 3 times per day, each show is 45 minutes long. During the show our carver will complete 3 carvings in 30 minutes timed to a well designed sound track that’s sure to get the crowd into it. We wrap up the show giving away the 3 carvings by a free draw. Attending crowds will want to stick around and catch the show again!
